Visa Requirements
The documents you must have with you when you apply for a Nepal Visa On Arrival are:
- Your original passport, which is valid for at least another six months and has at least two blank visa pages
- Photocopies of the personal information page of your passport
- At least one recent passport-size picture of yourself (1.5inch x 1.5inch with a white background). However, you should take more than one because you will need it if you want to extend the visa, when paying the fee, or other purposes that may arise.
- The completed and signed Nepal Visa Application Form (completed online and printed)
- Proof of accommodation in Nepal (such as a hotel reservation or an address)
- Valid return flight or travel ticket
- Proof of sufficient financial means, such as bank statements from the last three months
- Proof of having paid the Nepal visa fee
NOTE:
Every foreign national who wants to enter Nepal needs a visa, except for nationals of India. Additionally, nationals of the following countries need to get a visa before they travel to Nepal, while everyone else can obtain a Nepal visa on arrival:
Afghanistan, Cameroon, Eswatini, Ethiopia, Ghana, Iraq, Liberia, Nigeria, Palestine, Somalia, Syria ,Zimbabwe
*Refunds will be based on how many days prior to your booked departure we receive your cancellation notice, with the charges increasing closer to your departure date. Prior to 45 days or more: 30% of the holiday amount is non refundable + Full cancellation for non refundable tickets. 44 and 31 days of departure: 45% of the holiday cost. 30 and 15 days of departure: 60% of the holiday cost .14 and 10 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost. 10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

There will not be any refund for any unutilised service or sightseeing. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel. Any meals and services, unless mentioned in the itinerary, are not included. You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required for your trip and visa.
